We rethought every aspect of the projector and achieved the genuinely mobile size the market was waiting for. Just 32mm high (thinnest point) and weighing only 1.8kg, the XJ-s36/S31 slips neatly into a briefcase and travels lightly, within the building or wherever your travels take you.

Lens technology For the first time in a projector, the XJ-s36/S30 employs a lead-screw drive system for the projection lens, helping to slim down the body. We've also succeeded in downsizing the effective diameter of the lens (ø 26mm) by reexamining the lens structure to improve the telecentric ratio.
Light source We developed a highly efficient, thin lamp unit due to a new-style reflector. This reflector improves the beam's luminous parallelism and contributes to drastic downsizing of the projection lens.
Cooling system The XJ-s36/S30 is cooled efficiently by a two-chamber cooling system with a high static pressure Sirocco fan. Since heat is dispersed and radiated out by means of a heat pipe system, only a single fan is required, enabling us to make the main body thinner.

A stand-alone capability that will change your presentation style
Simply save your presentation materials in a USB memory device and project them directly from the projector itself. This not only spares you the hassle of lugging a PC around with you, but it cuts your setup time dramatically as well - so you can make maximum use of limited presentation time.

Wireless Presentation
Wireless communication is possible with up to four PCs simultaneously. Switching among and projecting images stored in the various PCs are easily managed. The setup is all completed without connecting any cables. And you're also spared the trouble of consolidating all your presentation materials in a single PC.

OUR SAY When we first saw the XJ-s36 we knew it would be a big hit, a super slim, high powered projector, perfect for the business professional who is always on the move.

The Casio XJ-s36 is the slimest projector ever, thin enough to easily fit in a briefcase with room to spare. Don't be fooled by the small size though, whilst the unit is incredibly portable and easy to use, it is extemely powerful. The XJ-s36 has some serious power, it features a surprising 2000 lumens brightness allowing for presentations in lit rooms. The unit also has a 1800:1 contrast ratio providing good deep colour and rich blacks. Casio has also included a handy 2X optical zoom function, giving you more flexibility, great for presentations in smaller rooms or where there isn't much space for placement of the projector. Additionaly the XJ-s36 has PC-Free presentations allowing you to present JPEG picture files or AVI video without a laptop. You can even use PC Free for Powerpoint presentations (after a little bit of formating with the Casio software) perfect for repetetive presentations when you can set up a few presentations on a USB memory stick and present strait from the unit.
