Epson EB-G7400UNL Full HD High Brightness Projector
A detailed Full HD image in one of the most flexible projectors on the market. The EB-G7400UNL can suit almost any installation distance with ten optional lenses; everything from ultra short throw to ultra long throw with lens shift and zoom on almost all of them. If the cabling distance is a problem the EB-G7400UNL offers an inbuilt HDBaseT receiver so with the simple addition of a transmitter you can run inexpensive network cabling up to 100 metres for a crisp digital image.
Even if you are projecting onto the ground from overhead the EB-G7400UNL can operate this way with 360 degree projection or even portrait projection if you would like a tall image for advertising purposes.

3LCD Technology
All Epson projectors are based on 3-chip LCD technology for amazing colour, incredible detail and solid reliability. 3LCD's 3-chip architecture dedicates an entire chip to process each primary colour – red, green and blue, continuously. Unlike single-chip technology that delivers colour sequentially, you get full-time colour. The result is vibrant, realistic images and video all delivered with 3LCD’s true-to-life colour. |
 |
3x Brighter Colours with Epson*
Brilliant image quality requires high colour brightness (colour light output), and Epson® 3LCD projectors have 3x Brighter Colours than leading competitive projectors*.
One brightness measurement (lumens) is not enough. A projector‘s specification needs to show both high colour brightness and high white brightness. If colour brightness is lower than white brightness, images may be dark, dull and lose detail. If not be sure to ask for a projector’s colour brightness specification.
* Compared to leading 1-chip DLP business and education projectors based on NPD data, July 2011 through June 2012. Colour brightness (colour light output) measured in accordance with IDMS 15.4. Colour brightness will vary depending on usage conditions.
Powered Lens Shift, Zoom and Focus
The motorised lens shift covers a wide range, giving you a great deal of flexibility when installing the projector. A newly adopted stepping motor lets you make highly precise adjustments when employing edge blending, stacking and other techniques. Adjustments can be made via remote control or over a network, enhancing usability even for ceiling-mounted projectors.
Lens Position Memory
Up to 10 settings can be stored in the projector memory, including shift positions, focus and projection sizes. |
 |
Optional HDBaseT transmitter
For your convenience, Epson offers an optional HDBaseT transmitter box as a companion piece to the G Series. Three inputs are featured for easy installation: HDMI, LAN, and RS-232 to output into a CAT-5/6 cable. |
 |
 |
Incredible HDBaseT and diverse connectivity
Connect with virtually any system including HDBaseT, HD-SDI, HDMI, DisplayPort, VGA, BNC and LAN connectivity. Cutting-edge HDBaseT technology means just one single CAT-5/6 cable carries Full HD video, audio, network and control commands.
And it’s over 100 metres to accommodate large venues. No need for additional cables, signal repeaters or added labour. |
Split Screen1
Split Screen allows you to display content from two inputs simultaneously, side by side, on a single screen. With three layout options you can display video and presentation materials, and run video on both screens.
Advanced, integrated edge-blending technology
Enhance the experience with seamless panoramic, multi-screen images that blend edges by matching colour and brightness perfectly, even in areas that overlap. The G Series takes edge blending one step further with curved surface and corner wall support. Project on horizontal or vertical walls while also using edge blending to heighten the experience even more.
DICOM Simulation Mode2
DICOM (Digital Imaging and Communication in Medicine) is a standard for handling, storing, printing and transmitting medical imaging information. DICOM Simulation Mode2 is ideal for viewing grayscale medical images, such as X-rays, for training and educational purposes. It enables users to reproduce images with an advanced grayscale level that simulates DICOM Part 14.
 |
Ultra Short Throw Lens
Choose the perfect lens for your venue, including an ultra-short-throw (UST) zero offset lens3 for environments with little space. This produces a 200-inch image from only 1.5m away and has lens shift of +17% vertical and +/- 10% horizontally for added flexibility. |
Ten optional lenses
For added flexibility, the G Series offers a total of ten lenses, including middle, wide, long, short and ultra-short throw that allow users to choose the lens most suited for their environment. A quick-release lever allows for a fast, easy lens exchange. |
 |
360-degree installation
The Epson G Series can be rotated 360 degrees in any direction for off-axis positioning flexibility. As a result, it can be used for a wide range of applications, such as projecting on the ceiling or floor, or as part of a rear-projection system. Epson technology keeps the projector running without compromising performance or causing overheating. |
 |
Easy Management®
The EasyMP® Monitor tool makes it easy to monitor and control all networked Epson projectors, set up email notifications, verify and change internal settings, and more. You can also remotely power down your projector(s) to extend the lamp life and save energy.
Schedule function
Save energy using the convenient Schedule function. And, easily control the projector at non-networked venues. The embedded clock inside the projector enables it to do scheduled tasks without having the network standby mode on.
Protect your investment - long-life electrostatic air filter
The Epson G series electrostatic filter is designed to protect the optical engine, lamp and electronics from small dust particles that can enter any projector. It has a recommended 15,000- hour filter cleaning schedule3 and can capture particles as small as three microns, due in part to its pleated, expanded design.
Easy maintenance
Offering convenient access to the lamps and filter, the G series makes maintenance easier than ever, even if the projector is ceiling mounted. The lamp cover is located on the rear side panel and there are no screws, so the lid can be removed without any special tools.
Centered lens design
Featuring a centered lens design, the G series makes installation easy to plan. Positioning the ceiling mount, screen and projector can be performed individually and independent of one another.
Arc correction
Using arc correction, you can adjust each side of a projected image in an arc or barrel-shaped way, making it easier than ever to get a perfectly rectangular image.
Convenient test patterns
Make sure your presentation is setup correctly before you begin. The G Series features twelve test patterns including linearity, colour reproduction, bleeding and tone production. It even detects distortion.
