Widescreen WUXGA Resolution (1920 x 1200)

Canon's XEED WUX5000 brings true widescreen content to your large room installation in high resolution WUXGA (1920 x 1200). It allows the display of true widescreen 1080p content without compression, showing the true proportions of the source image on the screen just as it appears on your computer monitor.

AISYS-Enhanced LCOS Technology

Canon's renowned optical prowess combines the latest generation of our AISYS (Aspectual Illumination System) Optical Engine with LCOS (Liquid Crystal On Silicon) technology in the XEED WUX5000. They come together to deliver brilliant, ultra-sharp images in almost any environment.

5000 Lumens with a 1000:1 Contrast Ratio

The XEED WUX5000 projects an impressive 5000 lumens, delivering incredible image quality and brightness. The 1000:1 contrast ratio ensures deep blacks and bright whites. Three Optional Genuine Canon Interchangeable Lenses

The 1.5x Zoom Lens (RS-IL01ST), Long Focus Zoom Lens (RS-IL02LZ) and Ultra Wide Angle Lens (RS-IL03WF) can be attached to the XEED WUX5000 depending on the application. All offer very low distortion, especially ideal for installations requiring multi-stacking, multi-screen resolution.

Motorized Lens Shift

The horizontal/vertical lens shift capability of all three lenses ably assists in allowing maximum flexibility for a wide variety of installation situations. Since lens shift doesn’t degrade the image the way digital keystone correction can, the extraordinary quality of your projected images is not compromised.

Advanced Colour Management System

The XEED WUX5000 features a newly developed colour processing algorithm, along with a highly accurate 3D LUT (Look Up Table), improving color correction range and precision. Conventional systems shift neighboring colours along with the selected color, often resulting in an imbalance in the image. The WUX5000 allows for the correction of a single color without affecting the others.

Full 10-Bit Colour

The XEED WUX5000 features the ability to process RGB and component signals, from input to display, in 10-bit resolution for higher-quality images.

Versatile Connectivity

An HDMI terminal (version 1.3 deep color) supports full HD 1080p signals provided by HDTV capable satellite and cable boxes, as well as Blu-Ray players. A built-in network interface (RJ-45) enables centralized control and monitoring of multiple projector units from a networked PC.

Ease of Installation

With dimensions of 38.0 x 17.0 x 43.0 centimeters and a weight of 8.48 kilograms, the XEED WUX5000 is easy to install in a wide variety of applications.

Ease of Maintenance

The design of the location of the consumable parts enhances both flexibility in mounting and ease of maintenance. The projector's lamp and filter can be replaced from the back/side, and the PS optical filter element can be replaced through the top of the projector.

Note: A RS-IL01ST zoom lens, RS-IL02LZ (Long Focus zoom lens) or RS-IL03WF ultra wide angle lens is required for the WUX5000 projector to operate. These need to be purchased separately.
