At the heart of the EB-G5350 is Epson's world–leading 3LCD technology. This projection system uses three individual LCD panels to display images that exhibit silky smooth movement and fresh, natural colours.

Due to 3LCD's incredibly efficient use of light, projectors based on this technology are able to achieve quiet operating levels, exceptional clarity and flicker–free presentations.

Light–efficient lamp technology E–TORL
Delivering brilliant light — all the time, every time

One of the crucial features offered by the EB-G5350 is its ability to provide up to 4000 ANSI lumens via incredibly efficient E–TORL (Epson Twin Optimised Reflection Lamp) technology. Designed to minimise light leakage — a primary cause of lamp inefficiency — and minimise light diffraction, E–TORL lamps combine an ellipsoidal reflector, spherical lens and hemispherical mirror. This combination ensures optimum light efficiency with minimal power consumption and heat generation.

Installation Convenience
The G series centre lens is positioned to provide ease of installation and positioning within a setup environment, while the vertical and horizontal lens shift helps broaden the limits of placement possibilities. The EB-G5350 allows for adjustment of image position without compromising the image quality. The vertical and horizontal lens allows for a 50% shift up or down and a 10% shift left or right.

Design
The G Series comes with a white external case that features a two-tier interface with a low profile cable cover to match the ceiling and room environment.

Low Fan Noise

The G Series allows you to concentrate on the presentation with fan noise as low as 29dB.

Simple Maintenance

Lamp replacement: Replacing the lamp, even in a ceiling mount installation, is an incredibly simple and no–fuss operation. Just remove the hatch on the projector, which requires no tools and the lamp can be replaced in a matter of seconds.

Air–Filter replacement: Also requiring no tools, replacing the air–filter — even in a ceiling mount installation — is a simple matter of opening the air filter drawer at the side of the projector then removing the filter for cleaning or replacement.

Networkable Control and Monitoring

To take full advantage of the EB-G5350 in a networked environment, the projector is bundled with Epson's advanced EMP Monitor software. Administrators are able to monitor multiple Epson projectors simultaneously, checking on everything from power and temperature status right through to the input device being used.

Multiple Lens options

There are five different Bayonet type lens options, including the standard lens. This provides the flexibility for the user to choose the most suitable lens for their installation requirements.

PC–Free Presentation
Total freedom to present without the need for a connected computer

Connect a USB memory device or insert a SD (Secure Digital) card to project pictures, MPEG2/MPEG4/WMV files and presentations without the need for a PC — it's that simple.

Utilising advanced high performance file transfer technology built–in to the unit, MPEG2 files can be wirelessly transferred directly to the projector for high quality and — importantly — full screen video display.

Multi–Screen Display

The EB-G5350 has a versatile multi–screen display feature, that takes advantage of the PC and Macintosh operating systems' multitasking capabilities, a single computer can be used to control — simultaneously — up to four EB-G5350s, with each one displaying a separate application.

In education and corporate presentations, the EB-G5350's multi–screen display feature represents an enormous step forward in providing presentations that deliver enormous impact for maximum effect.

Wired or Wireless Network Connectivity

Absolute flexibility in today's network environments

A key benefit of the EB-G5350 is its ability to be network connected either wired – via the in–built RJ–45 network connector – or wirelessly*.

Using Epson's NS connection wireless mode, the EB-G5350 supports 802.11a/b/g protocols, achieving a wireless* transfer rate of up to 54Mbps. This high speed wireless* capability represents new levels of presentation performance

and freedom. It is also possible to connect to a network (wired or wireless) using the Micosoft Windows Vista™ Network Projector Function.

Contributing significantly to the EB-G5350's high performance when operating in a wireless* network environment is the Epson NS Connection technology, designed specifically to improve the compression and decompression of data; resulting in superb image quality and transfer speed.
