As an Australian business our products come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law (ACL)
. Warranty information provided below is in addition to other rights or remedies that you may have under the ACL in relation to your product.
Damaged in Transit Returns
Courier deliveries from Just Projectors and its distributors have delivery insurance included at no additional cost to the customer. Should your product arrive damaged please do not sign for it, instead ask the courier to return the item to sender. If the damage was not visible until after you have signed/opened the parcel, please contact Just Projectors within 24 hours of receipt so a replacement can be arranged.
Dead on Arrival Returns (DOA)
Many Australian projector brands offer a DOA policy to speed up warranty claims on goods purchased and found faulty within a short time from purchase. The typical DOA period is 7 days from purchase. Whether the fault is minor or major a return under the products DOA policy would allow Just Projectors to immediately replace the item with a new product. It is strongly recommend for customers to retain all original packaging for DOA returns. The DOA policy is designed to speed up warranty claims on goods found to be faulty within a short time from purchase, it in no way limits customers rights under the ACL consumer guarantees.
Returns under Warranty
Just Projectors is one of Australia's leading projector retailers, all goods are sourced from local authorised distributors and as such all products are covered by the relevant brands' Warranties in Australia. Whilst customers are always entitled to contact Just Projectors directly for warranty assistance, most projector brands request customers contact its customer service department directly to process claims more efficiently. Extended Warranty / Warranty Upgrade
As of 6th June 2012 GM Multimedia (operators of Just Projectors) began offering an extended warranty/warranty upgrade program. If you have purchased a GM Multimedia extended warranty and wish to make a claim during the extended period please contact GM Multimedia on 1300 739 131. Please have your tax invoice handy.
Incorrect Goods Received
Just Projectors staff are always careful when processing orders however accidents and mistakes can occur from time to time. If you receive a product that is not as ordered please contact Just Projectors within 24 hours of receipt on 1300 739 131. Please do not open or use the products as it the items would have to be resold as new. Just Projectors retains ownership of any goods shipped in error.
In the event of product failure please contact Just Projectors immediately, our staff will attempt to troubleshoot the problem and can provide advice as to the best course of action to have the problem rectified as soon as possible. It is vital Just Projectors be notified and a 'Return Authorisation' be issued before the return of any items. Failure to do so may result in the delivery being rejected by our staff.
Unfortunately Just Projectors cannot accept returns based on 'Change of Mind' or if goods are no longer required. It is important customers order carefully. Our sales staff are available via email and phone to help ensure the items you are purchasing will meet any requirements you provide.
